JASON M. OUIMET
Jason is a prominent government affairs leader with over 20 years of experience in U.S. legislative and executive policymaking. He has served as the Executive Director of the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA) and as a Legislative Assistant for Senator Saxby Chambliss of Georgia. His extensive background includes overseeing and directing the political and legislative arm of the NRA, working with appropriations committees, and advocating for his clients' federal needs. In his free time, Jason enjoys coaching his kids' basketball teams and volunteering at their swim meets, as well as shooting sporting clays. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of his parish council.
JOSEPH M. HOLLABAUGH, J
Joe has extensive experience in political campaigns and public policy. He started his career while studying Political Science at The Ohio State University and working for Ohio State Senator Merle Grace Kearns. Joe has a strong background in state government and private sector consulting, and has run successful small businesses. He helps clients with public policy, procurement contracts, PAC strategy, and advocacy. Joe has been involved in various political campaigns and has held positions in state government, including serving as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Office of Ohio Governor Bob Taft. He has also worked in public policy advocacy and government relations consulting, representing public and private sector clients. Prior to his current role, he served as principal of JMH Management, an independent government affairs, business development, and trade association management firm.
CHRIS SALEMME
Positioned in Washington, D.C., Chris is an energetic leader and trusted political and policy strategist with over 15 years of experience in global telecommunications companies and trade associations. He has strong relationships in the Administration, Congress, federal agencies, and state capitals. Prior to joining Shumaker Advisors, Chris founded Salemme Strategies, LLC, providing strategic counseling to start-ups, trade associations, and corporations in the telecommunications and technology sector. He also served as Vice President of Strategic and Government Affairs for Airspan Networks and was a Senior Director at CTIA-The Wireless Association. Chris has a background in Democratic campaigns and resides in Arlington, Virginia with his family.
